Overview

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on orders once they have been delivered. This ensures that all customers receive fresh, high-quality donuts.

Exceptions

If your order was:

  • Not delivered,

  • Delivered to the wrong address, or

  • Contains a serious quality issue (for example, contamination or foreign objects),

please contact us as soon as possible at orders@doughmakers.nz. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement order or a credit for a future order.

How to Report a Problem

If you experience an issue with your order, please email orders@doughmakers.nz with:

  • Your order number,

  • A description of the issue, and

  • Photos if relevant.

Our team will respond promptly to work out a solution.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

If your order is lost in transit or not delivered, we may issue a replacement order or credit. Please note we do not cover delays caused by courier services beyond our control.

Gifts

If your order was a gift and there’s an issue, we will handle it in the same way, working with either the gift giver or recipient to resolve the situation.
